What is Quiz Bowl?

Quiz Bowl is an academic trivia game played on teams of four. Topics vary widely and include literature, history, science, art, and pop culture. If you like Jeopardy! or played Academic Decathlon, High Q, or Science Bowl in high school, you might enjoy Quiz Bowl.

The UT Quiz Bowl Club is open to all students, faculty, and staff at UT. Come attend one of our practices and see what we're all about!

The Texas Quiz Bowl Alliance consists of members from the UT and A&M quiz bowl teams. TQBA holds high school tournaments throughout the state. UT Quiz Bowl helps to staff these tournaments, whose entry fees help fund the club. If you're interested in helping at one of these tournaments, please let us know.
